IPM Project Management Overview
IPM Project Management by IPM Global is a scalable and fully integrated Project Management Tool built on the Microsoft Dynamics XRM Development framework. This Project Management solution delivers a 360 degree real-time view of projects, job tasks and operations combined with extensive reporting, plus back end financial information. Integration is available for ERP accounting systems including: Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Sage Timberline Office and SAP B1.
Instead of relying on disparate systems, IPM lets you operate within a single program framework, promoting ease of access and efficiency, as well as reducing errors from double-entry. IPM Integration
IPM is designed to operate as a standalone Project Management solution within Microsoft Dynamics CRM® with the ability to be integrated with leading Accounting /ERP systems. The integration allows the exchange of critical data between IPM and the accounting system in order to provide quicker and more convenient access to information whilst staying within the same program environment.
Data exchanged includes:
• Customer information, including names addresses and contacts.
• Supplier information, including names addresses and contacts.
• Subcontract Information - to the Procurement System.
• Variation information - to the Projects Ledger.
• Progress Billing invoices.

Every component of IPM benefits from the Document History tool, which provides project and communications data as needed.
