CRM Consultant
Enabling is a leading provider of end to end solutions across the ERP, CRM and broader financial systems market. Established within each of the core regions (Vic, NSW, QLD New Zealand), for many years, this business has demonstrated consistent growth with a combined group focus in the CRM space providing a new level of leverage within the T1 and T2 marketplace.
A well defined growth strategy is now in place and an immediate need has been identified for an experienced, consultative, people orientated CRM Consultant to join their rapidly expanding CRM team.

The Role:
This permanent position requires a lateral thinking, client focused consultant who can design and implement well defined solutions across the CRM space (experience with ERP solutions and systems is an advantage). You will engage with key decision makers and technical staff across a very broad range of clients in numerous industry areas. In addition to new-site implementations, your role will also include continued interaction with existing clients in a support⁄advisory capacity.

It is essential that you have a good understanding of business processes and have previous experience leading and delivering CRM Solutions to customers. The role involves:

  • Working as a team on project planning and implementation including design, architecture, configuration and integration;
  • Conducting professional training classes and design workshops;
  • Working closely with partner branches ensuring standard methodologies are constantly adhered to and enhanced;
  • Contribute technical and functional expertise to pre-sales phases or projects.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in project control and Implementations of CRM or related systems;
  • Proven Project Management experience - ideally having served as a Project Manager on at least one large scale CRM implementation;
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a CRM business application consulting role;
  • Basic knowledge of application development, databases or infrastructure technologies;
  • Ability to travel across the region is preferred.

Timberline Consultant
As a rapidly expanding organisation, Enabling is looking for an experienced Timberline consultant or user in the Construction industry to join our Professional Services team.

Job Description:
Applicants must have a significant understanding of Timberline (or similar) Financial/ERP software, and a thorough understanding of the construction industry. This position heavily interacts with our customers providing implementation of ERP software (Timberline, client consultation, classroom training, onsite training, and account management).

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with business needs analysis and provide some pre-sales support
  • Building and maintaining client relationships throughout consulting engagements, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Complete management of new and ongoing implementations of Timberline software including scope definition, status reporting, quality control, training and team management
  • Managing the conversion and implementation process from third-party products
  • Work directly with customers to assure the project is delivered on time and on budget
  • Detailed hands-on implementation and configuration across multiple simultaneous projects
  • Provide training for customers
  • Creating custom documentation and reports as instructed by customers
  • Ensuring the customers' accounting staff members are maximizing the potential of their Timberline software
  • Provide business process consulting to customers
  • Provide telephone and onsite support to customers

Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing any of the following financial software is ideal: Timberline, MAS90, Masterbuilder, Coins, Jobpac, CHEOPS
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
  • Extensive experience with various construction/accounting modules
  • Two years experience with financial systems implementation or consulting experience with a professional services firm
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet utilisation requirements and stay within budgets
  • Ability to work independently, with strong organisational, computer, and communication skills
  • Will be required to take on Timberline certification (if not already obtained)
  • Job cost experience a plus
